Improved management and conservation of wetland on the Hawkesbury River as a part of the Bring Back the Fish project. A property possessing off channel brackish wetland was purchased in summer 2009. The purchase will help manage and conserve 2 ha of freshwater wetland and surrounding 9 ha property. Habitat funding was used to improve wetland management including water flooding regimes.
