Fish passage and natural flows returned at Mullumbimby Creek Weir 2, on Mullumbimby Creek in December 2009 as a part of the Bring Back the Fish project. The removal restored fish passage to 9 km of freshwater habitat in Mullumbimby Creek. The State Water owned obsolete weir was removed over 10 days.
