Willows and other exotic plant species have severely affected the condition of the Cudgegong River near Mudgee, leading to degraded habitat and reduced water quality. This project extended an existing project that combined, achieved 1.4 km of riparian fencing, 3.2 km of willow and other exotic plant control, 2.6 km of revegetation and the placement of 5 large woody habitats. Completed in 2011.
