This project reconnected 4 ha of saltmarsh wetlands with an unnamed creek, which then flows into the Kalang River, by replacing a redundant hollow log culvert with a box culvert to significantly enhance fish passage, tidal inundation and upstream habitat condition and improve recreational fish abundance over the long term. Completed in 2014.
